At Aphid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your physical merchandise for any reason, we've made it easy to return items within our policy guidelines.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund. Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted.
Eligible Items
All physical merchandise purchased from www.aphid.com is eligible for return, provided it meets the conditions below:
Items must be new and unused - no signs of use or wear
Items must be in original, unopened packaging with all tags attached
Items must include all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Important: We only accept returns for products in new condition. Any item showing signs of use, opened packaging, or wear cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:Opened software, digital downloads, or license keys.
Gift cards or promotional credits
Personalized or custom-made merchandise
Items marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase
Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or accident after delivery
Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery:

Subject line: "Return Request - Order #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER]"
Include: Order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return
2. Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we'll send you:
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Return shipping address
Packing instructions
Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs and obtaining your own shipping label.
3. Ship Your Return
Pack items securely in original packaging when possible
Include RMA number inside the package
Use a trackable shipping method of your choice
Ship within 7 days of receiving your RMA
You are responsible for all return shipping costs

4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
Approved returns: Refund processed within 14 business days
Rejected returns: Item returned to you at your expense with explanation
Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns. This fee covers processing, inspection, and restocking costs.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after deducting the 25% restocking fee:
Credit/Debit Cards: Appears within 14 business days after processing
PayPal: Appears within 14 business days after processingOther payment methods: Appears within 14 business days after processing
Example: For a $100 product, you'll receive a $75 refund ($100 - $25 restocking fee).
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if we shipped the wrong product:
Contact us immediately at support@aphid.com within 14 days of delivery
Include photos of the defect or damage
You are responsible for return shipping costs
No restocking fee will be applied for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items
Choose a replacement or full refund (including original shipping)
Important: Inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report issues within 7 days for fastest resolution.

International Returns
Currently, we only accept returns from customers in the United States.
For future international orders, the following policy will apply:
Contact support@aphid.com for return authorization within 14 days of delivery
Customer responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees
Items must be new and in original, unopened packaging
25% restocking fee applies to standard returns
Refunds issued in USD to original payment method within 14 business days
International return shipping is non-refundable
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you didn't receive it:

Note: Aphid is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery to the correct address.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to all standard returns to cover processing, inspection, and restocking costs.

All returns for non-defective items
Change of mind returns
Sizing or preference issues
Any return of new, unopened merchandise
No Restocking Fee For:
Defective items (with proof of defect)
Damaged items received
Wrong items shipped by Aphid
The restocking fee is calculated as 25% of the product purchase price and is automatically deducted from your refund.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships at no charge:
Before shipment: Full refund to original payment method
After shipment: Follow standard return process upon delivery
